Rocky Top Roast was built from two things we love most, great coffee and the Smoky Mountains. As coffee lovers and mountain people, we know there’s nothing better than starting the day with a fresh cup of coffee and a beautiful view. After running a successful mobile coffee shop, we wanted to bring that same quality experience home by offering freshly roasted whole bean and ground coffee for you to enjoy anywhere.

We proudly roast 100% high-quality Arabica beans in small batches to ensure bold flavor, smooth finishes, and premium quality in every cup. Inspired by Tennessee mornings and mountain living, our coffee is made for cabin porches, quiet sunrises, busy weekdays, and slow weekends alike.

We’re also proud to partner with Eden Crest Vacation Rentals, providing our signature medium roast coffee in their Smoky Mountain cabins so guests can enjoy a true taste of the mountains during their stay.

In our free time, you can usually find us at our cabin, hiking the Smokies, or off-roading in search of the next great mountain view. For us, coffee is more than a drink. It’s comfort, connection, and part of the memories we make together.
